Yoga + Chocolate

Friday, May 13th | 5:30pm – 7pm

Would you rather do 10 so-so Savasanas or one deep, yummy, soul-scintillating Savasana that stays with you for weeks to come? This workshop will encourage you to stop stroking yourself with promises and will teach you to pack all of your flavor into the present moment. Come for a vinyasa flow yoga class set to great music (from Sinatra to Sublime), followed by a tasting of exotic Vosges Haut-Chocolat truffles, and finishing with a meditation on the gentle reminder that life is short, so we had best slow down and savor it.

The Chocolate Chakra Tour

Saturday, May 14th | 3:30pm – 5:30pm

Explore a fun perspective on the chakra system during this very relaxing deep-stretch yoga class. For each chakra, you’ll experience a fun story, a relaxing yoga pose, a specially selected song from just the right genre of music, and a carefully chosen exotic Vosges chocolate truffle. For example, learn how the sparkling guitar of the late Jerry Garcia is the ultimate sound to soothe the heart chakra and how the spicy Red Fire truffle from Vosges Haut-Chocolat sheds light on the root chakra.
