…and we could not be more excited to be out here in the Bay area about to see our favorite band with some of our favorite people! This is the tail end of an epic summer excursion for us that started at last weeks Wanderlust Festival! We cannot wait to keep the prana flowing and carry the high vibe of Wanderlust with us as we get phunky tonight at the beautiful Greek Theatre here in Berkley, CA.
and guess what else? Surrender to the Flow - the Phish tour “zine” that is distributed throughout the community before every show, asked us to contribute to their most recent edition! For all of you Phishheads, be sure to grab a copy of the magazine and check out our article which explains and offers a short Asana sequence to help alleviate some of the aches and pains that comes with going on tour with your favorite band. Not only that, the article gives some advice on how to ground down, draw in, and open up to the music, using some simple breathing exercises to enhance your phish experience – the Yoga is everywhere people!
