Collective Flow
10:30am – 1pm
We will flow in a”"creative,dynamic method based upon vinyasa krama (stages of evolution). Therefore, this practice is open to yogis of all”levels.”Within this”class,multi-dimensional sequencing will allow us “to”integrate standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists and hip openers. Using the four movements of Prana to”provide the experience of energetic alignment within the flow will lead to the cultivation of “the fluid body.
Please join in the”collective journey along the river”of Prana that flows within us and all around”us.
Deepen Your Practice
2pm – 4pm
This session will offer the opportunity to connect to your practice based on Shiva Rea!s method of Energetic Alignment. In this Prana Flow class we will learn how to use the power of the movements of Prana to reconnect to our experience of the Asanas. You will find support in Chaturanga, length in Upward Dog and lightness in Standing poses.

Coral Brown, MA, 500-eRYT, is a certified senior teacher and teacher trainer for Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow Yoga. She leads retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings worldwide, and recently presented at the Bali Spirit Festival. She is honored to also be a presenter at the 2010 Boston and Florida Yoga Journal Conferences.
