Phillip Askew and New York City Vinyasa have just released their latest amazing yoga video shot in Nosara, Costa Rica
Phillip is a good friend of ours and his videos are amazing and downright beautiful. This latest video, featuring Taylor Flynn, is especially dear to my heart as I spent a decent amount of time surfing and practicing yoga on the beaches of Nosara in Costa Rica. It is simply one of the most vibrant beautiful places that I have ever been, and Phillip’s latest video captures it’s essence in the most brilliant of ways.
