Prana Flow Master Class w/ Maria Garre

Join Maria, back from her travels, to pranify your flow! Enjoy and extended sadhana (practice which will guide us as we transition into the fall. Navigate the rhythms of fire and earth to ground and enliven your flow on and off the mat!

Maria Garre is a senior Prana Flow® teacher and the director of Shiva Rea’s Samudra School for living Yoga offering Prana Flow® Yoga, Transformational Vinyasa Flow Yoga. In addition for assisting and studying with Shiva for over 10 years, Maria leads workshops, retreats, and teacher-trainings around the world. Maria is a graduate of the esteemed Kripalu School of Ayurveda with over 800 hours of hands-on training, as a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and Yoga Specialist.

Michaela lives and teaches yoga in Los Angeles, CA. Growing up as a gymnast, she was first introduced to the practice of Yoga during high school and instantly fell in love. In addition to her dedicated practice, Michaela loves music, travel, fashion, great food, great wine, and great friends - she strongly believes that laughter is the key to life!
