The Rapture is back in a big way. This time around, the trio has nearly abandoned their dance-punk sound, leaving behind only the trail of Luke Jenner’s signature yell. Their recently released LP, In The Grace of Your Love has that unmistakable DFA disco-groove ( see: LCD Soundsystem, The Juan Maclean). How Deep is Your Love is a straight-up house track with a killer sax solo that keeps things escalating until the very end. Check out the White Out Session below, which consists of my two most favorite things… a disco ball and a record player.
