Embody a celebration of FREEDOM in this creative and dynamic Prana Flow® 4th of July class with a firecracker of a teacher, Gina Caputo.

We will explore several vinyasa waves of multi-dimensional sequences that unfold intelligently to ignite your inner sparkler!

Through fluid namaskars, hip openers, arm balances and backbends we’ll light up our agility, fearlessness and sense of Self to start summer with a festive, pranic BANG!

Michaela lives and teaches yoga in Los Angeles, CA. Growing up as a gymnast, she was first introduced to the practice of Yoga during high school and instantly fell in love. In addition to her dedicated practice, Michaela loves music, travel, fashion, great food, great wine, and great friends - she strongly believes that laughter is the key to life!
