About the Teacher
Jill Miller, creator of the Yoga Tune Up® format, is a yoga therapy expert with more than 25 years of expertise in the moving arts. Her YTU format playfully integrates the nuts and bolts of human movement coupled with profound yogic philosophy. She is a pioneer in forging conscious links between the worlds of yoga, fitness, massage, and pain management. With more than 100 certified Yoga Tune Up® teachers worldwide, YTU classes, workshops and trainings can be found at Yoga Studios, fitness facilities and retreat centers internationally. Her Integrated Embodied Anatomy Training is a fixture within many 200 hr. Teacher Training programs, include PURE Yoga and the upcoming Kaivalya Method.
Jill has been a long-time faculty member at Kripalu and Omega, with her YTU products featured in Yoga Journal, Whole Living, Self, Shape, Fitness, Prevention, Redbook, Women’s Running, The Today Show, Fox News, KABC and on NPR; the LA Times calls her “kinetically arresting.” She is a Contributing Expert at GaiamLife and a spokesperson for Zobha lifestyle clothing.
