Now, before I get all cynical here, let me clarify something - Eat, Pray, Love is one of my favorite books of all time, really. However, the commercialization that has followed the movie release is a bit out of control. Case in point: You can now shop the EPL Collection on the Home Shopping Network! WHAT?!?! I realize I may be a little behind the curve here, but when my great friend Mary brought this to my attention yesterday, I knew I had to share it with all of you.
Yep, its true – and you can can even shop by country – there are collections for Italy, India, and Indonesia. Items range from EPL pillows, to jewelry, clothing, and shoes – there is even a gelato maker thrown in there – so you can enjoy the pleasures of Italy in the comfort of your own home… wow.
